The Village at Our Lady of Angels is a not-for-profit organization that is financed by the payment of
Entry Fees and Monthly Service Fees paid by the residents of the community.
The Entry Fee is a one-time payment that is determined by the size, location and finishes offered in
each cottage home. The Entry Fee entities the residents to live in and enjoy the maintenance free
cottage home for their lifetime, or until by choice or circumstance they move from their cottage home.
The Entry Fee also entitles the resident to enjoy the many benefits of the programs and services of this
Catholic based community.
A portion of the Entry Fee is refundable based on the terms outlined in the Residency Agreement to the
resident should they relocate, or to the resident's estate in the event of death. The Village at Our Lady of Angels is
responsible for the re-occupancy of the cottage home.
The Sisters of SI. Francis of Mary Immaculate are the property owners of the cottage homes and are
responsible for all activities of ownership, along with the care and upkeep of the property.
The Monthly Service Fee is a monthly charge that covers the operational costs of providing the
services and amenities, as well as lifestyle programs and spiritual life opportunities.
A variety of entry fee options are available starting at $200,000
